For you to register a sender ID you need the following documents:

  1. An authorization letter on a company’s letterhead, stamped and signed.
  2. A company’s certificate of incorporation or business’s certificate of registration

Please Note: the sender ID should not exceed 11 characters, no spaces are allowed but if so, spaces are replaced with a hyphen or underscore.

After successful application of sender ID, you will need to start purchasing SMS units from us to enable you to send your messages. Our pricing is 1 SMS Unit it costs 1 Kenya Shilling
