When applicable, you can add more placeholders using [ ] tags in the message e.g [name]
The [name] tag is used to display Contacts name. For example if I send below message from group contacts:-
Dear [name], come and pick your certificate at our offices .
Thank your being our trusted partner
The message delivered will look like:-
Dear Edward, come and pick your certificate at our offices .
